Return Policy
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within two (2) hours of placing it by calling (+30) 211 780 3500 or sending an email to eshop@wabibeauty.com.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return policy outlined below applies.
Right of Withdrawal & Product Returns
You have the right to cancel your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact WABI Beauty’s Customer Service Department in advance and send the products to the return address listed below.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a proven error in order fulfillment by the company or a defective product.
For a return to be accepted, the products must:
Be in their original condition.
Not have been used or tested.
Not have suffered any damage or alteration.
Be accompanied by their original packaging.
Have all security seals and protective elements intact.
They must be accompanied by the retail receipt or relevant proof of purchase.
Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for reasons of hygiene and consumer protection, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way after delivery.
After our company receives the products, they are inspected by the relevant quality control department. If the inspection reveals that the products have been used, opened, or do not meet the above conditions, the return will not be approved and no refund will be issued.
Provided that the inspection is successfully completed and the products meet all return requirements, the corresponding refund will be issued within ten (10) business days from the date the inspection is completed.
Refunds will be issued only through the payment method used for the original order. For payments made by credit or debit card, the refund will be issued directly to the card used for payment. Specifically for orders paid via cash on delivery or IRIS Online Payments, the customer must provide us with a bank account number (IBAN) so that we can credit the corresponding amount. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary and is determined by your bank. Please contact your bank for more details.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product different from the one you ordered or a product with a proven manufacturing defect, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt.
After the necessary inspection by the company, and provided that the error or defect is confirmed, WABI Beauty will cover all costs associated with the return and replacement or refund, as applicable.

Replacements
There is no right to an immediate product replacement.
In the event of an approved return, the customer may place a new order through the online store.
If the return is due to a company error or a defective product, the cost of return and reshipment is covered by WABI Beauty.
Important Note
The choice of shade, texture, scent, or any other characteristic related to the customer’s personal preferences does not constitute a product defect nor a reason for the company to cover return shipping costs.
WABI Beauty reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above terms and conditions.
